The Senior Superintendent orchestrates all field and site-specific construction activities to ensure projects are safe, organized, and delivered on schedule. They lead site staff, manage budgets and subtrades, and serve as the primary interface for the owner.
Candidates must have over 15 years of experience as a construction Superintendent for a large GC, specifically on wastewater and bridge projects. A minimum of 5 years in a lead/senior role overseeing other superintendents and managing projects in the $50-100M+ range is required.

As a Senior Superintendent, you are the nucleus of project success - responsible for orchestrating all field and site‑specific construction activities with precision, accountability, and leadership. You ensure projects are safe, clean, organized, and delivered with high morale and strong engagement in safety management.
You operate like a conductor - ensuring every team member plays their part at the right time. You hold people accountable, drive results, and embed safety into every aspect of site operations. You make sure everyone understands the plan and their commitment to achieving it. With grit, collaboration, and a deep understanding of lean principles, you set the tone for excellence and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.
You bring grit, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every project. You thrive in a hands-on environment, solving problems on the fly and building trust through clear, respectful communication - even when the pressure’s on.

Expected salary band for this role is (depending on experience): $142,800 – $183,600
The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience.
