Lead day-to-day construction activities for municipal infrastructure projects while enforcing safety and quality standards. Monitor project budgets and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Requires 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent for a general contractor on civil projects valued between $1M and $30M. A journeyman trade certification or equivalent field experience and a valid driver's license are required.

As our Civil Superintendent , you’ll lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time, on budget, and with the craftsmanship our reputation depends on.
You bring grit, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every project. You thrive in a hands-on environment, solving problems on the fly and building trust through clear, respectful communication, even when the pressure’s on.

$120,000 - $160,000
The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience.
This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
