The Project Coordinator organizes and controls project activities, including documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks under the direction of a Project Manager. They are responsible for managing RFIs, change orders, and ensuring construction plans comply with applicable codes and regulations.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Project Coordinator with a general contractor and a technical diploma in a construction-related field. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using software like Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office is required.

The Project Coordinator is responsible to organize, administer and control project activities, under the direction and supervision of a Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will support and collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent in overseeing and managing their assigned projects.

Expected Salary: $65,000 - $95,000
The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience.
This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
