The role is responsible for owning the macOS endpoint baseline, including enrollment via Apple Business Manager and JAMF. Key duties include managing FileVault recovery, patching, EDR agent validation, and creating macOS-specific runbooks.
Candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance and extensive experience with enterprise macOS management tools like JAMF Pro. Proficiency in imaging automation, compliance reporting, and secure decommissioning procedures is required.
