You will own the end-to-end social media growth strategy, including content ideation, production, and performance tracking across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You are responsible for managing weekly recording sessions with the founders and optimizing content based on data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a deep understanding of short-form video trends and a passion for audience growth. You must be comfortable with video editing tools and capable of managing a brand's social presence with minimal supervision.
We want to build one of the most-watched founder-led brands in European SaaS, and we're handing that job to one person. You. You'll own our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, from zero and grow it. The six of us (founders and commercial team) will be the faces on camera. You'll own everything else: the ideas, the formats, the cutting, the posting, and the numbers.
This is not a "make some videos" role. It's a "grow our audience and prove it" role.
Own our growth. You get the accounts and a real target, followers and reach among the right audience. You decide what "working" looks like week to week and chase it.
Pitch and decide the formats. You're not waiting for a brief. You bring the ideas, test hooks, run experiments, and double down on what lands. We'll give you context and get out of your way.
Run the weekly recording sessions. Book them, show up with hooks for each person, keep it moving, and pull a week's worth of raw footage out of us.
Cut, caption, publish. Turn long recordings into short clips across all four platforms. Use AI tools for the heavy lifting and your own taste for the part that matters, which moment is actually good, and the hook that makes people stop scrolling.
Build the playbook. Keep a library of what performed and why, so winners get reproduced instead of guessed at. Report the numbers that matter and tell us where to push.
You live on TikTok / Reels / Shorts and you instinctively know why one clip works and another dies.
You can edit short-form video, or you'll learn the tools fast and obsess over getting good.
You're self-driven. You'd rather own a scoreboard than be handed a task list.
You're comfortable being honest and a bit unpolished, that's the brand, not a flaw.
Studying, or want to do this as an Erasmus placement? Perfect. We're happy to work with your university's internship setup.

Cernel is already used by prominent e-commerce brands across fashion, beauty, sporting goods, and home & furniture - including names like Matas, Firtal, Hummel, Vero Moda og Mollyogmy. The platform handles everything from automatic product classification and attribute extraction to multilingual content generation and feed optimization. Early results show the impact is substantial: - 95% reduction in time to market - equivalent to saving 2 full-time employees per customer - 85% reduction in manuel cost pr sku - when structured attributes are added to product data for one major fashion brand - 15% increase in conversion - due to better Images created based on good product data. - 5% to 100% attribute completeness - taking products from bare-minimum data to fully optimized catalogs.
