General Summary
Provides administrative and secretarial support to the daily operations of the office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide reception services and greet visitors
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task with multiple phone lines.
Maintain employee files, keeping record of all necessary training, time sheets, and certifications.
Prepare and provide required weekly and monthly reports to the government
Perform data entry in DMLSS, and other software as required
Sort and deliver mail
Order and distribute supplies
Assist Project Managers with administrative duties
Perform scanning and copying of documents
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
Two years prior office administrative experience preferred
DMLSS-FM program experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills
Experience using telephones, fax machines, copy machines, scanners and printers
Physical, Environmental and Sensory Requirements
Work environment is a typical office setting
Physical demands include intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, and occasional bending reaching and lifting
Limited exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. but generally not to the point of being disagreeable
