Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience over skilled trades. Must have OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of NFPA, ASHRAE, and Joint Commission guidelines.
The position involves supervising work crews on the 2nd and 3rd shifts in maintenance and repair tasks to ensure quality control and maintain a safe facility environment. Responsibilities include overseeing various trades, such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters, controls technicians, fire technicians, facility system operators, and central energy plant operators. This role may involve directing lead employees to enhance productivity. Additionally, the supervisor will oversee the work of CBRE GDS subcontractors operating onsite.
