Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive software engagement, product adoption, and retention. Act as the internal voice of the customer while collaborating with product and business development teams to expand relationships and ensure business outcomes.
Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics and at least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success within SaaS. Candidates must be proficient in Excel and Salesforce with a strong ability to communicate data and manage senior-level stakeholders.
