The Program Supervisor manages the daily operations and community outreach components of a day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing individual programming, and coordinating transportation and community engagement activities.
Candidates must hold an associate degree or higher in a related field and possess at least two years of experience in the developmental disabilities sector, including staff supervision. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain DOT certification are required.
