Position Summary

JB Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Digital Denture Designer to join our innovative and fast-paced digital support and design team. In this role, you will leverage advanced CAD software such as EXOCAD or 3Shape to create high-quality removable prosthetics that meet precise functional and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret dental prescriptions accurately while delivering timely revisions, repairs, and adjustments. As part of a collaborative, family-oriented environment, you will work closely with technicians and clinicians to ensure efficient production, exceptional quality control, and outstanding client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the nation’s most advanced, U.S.-based dental laboratories and play a key role in delivering best-in-class dental solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize CAD software to design dentures, and other removable appliances with high accuracy and precision.
Handle revisions, repairs and adjustments in a timely manner
Perform quality control checks on designs to ensure that they meet the necessary standards
Follow detailed instructions from senior technicians and dentists to ensure that all designs are created properly.
Collaborate with other technicians, designers and finishers to maintain efficient production

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital design of removable dental prosthetics
Proficient in EXOCAD or 3Shape design software for removable prosthetics
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials and occlusion
Ability to interpret and follow dental prescriptions and technical specifications
