SUMMARY:
The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the development and execution of sales and service programs, methodologies, campaigns, resources, and communication strategies that strengthen customer relationship management, business development efforts, and customer experience across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role partners with leaders and associates across multiple lines of business to identify needs, develop resources, support implementation of sales and service initiatives, coordinate and support conferences and workshops, facilitate sharing of best practices, and promote adoption of tools, processes, and strategies that support organizational sales and service priorities.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration, adaptability, organization, communication, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable resources, communications, and programs that support sales growth, service consistency, and relationship development.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Collaborate and support in the planning, communication, implementations, and tracking of sales campaigns, third party referral programs, customer outreach efforts, service standards, relationship management practices, and sales enablement resources designed to improve customer acquisition, retention, and relationship growth
Partner with leaders and internal stakeholders, and support departments to coordinate campaign execution, referral opportunities, customer outreach activities, and adoption of sales and service practices
Develop and maintain presentations, campaign materials, sales and service playbooks, conversation guides, tools, customer outreach resources, internal web pages, and communication materials that support sales growth, relationship expansion, and consistent service delivery
Coordinate sales meetings, campaign kickoffs, workshops, support leadership conferences, business line working sessions, and communication events that drive sales enablement efforts, product awareness, customer engagement strategies, and organizational priorities
Assist with the launch, communication, tracking, and reporting of sales campaigns, referral programs, product promotions, customer outreach strategies, service improvement efforts, and other growth-focused activities
Collect, organize, analyze, and report campaign participation, referral activity, customer outreach results, sales production metrics, training completion data, and other key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Build collaborative relationships throughout the organization to encourage utilization of sales tools, customer relationship management resources, campaign material, referral processes, service standards, and sales enablement best practices
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while adapting to changing business needs and organizational objectives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in project coordination, sales, and service enablement
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to effectively collaborate with associates and leaders across multiple departments and organizational levels.
Banking or financial services experience preferred
