Principais Atividades
Desenvolver e otimizar formulações de fertilizantes líquidos e bioinsumos, garantindo estabilidade, compatibilidade e viabilidade industrial.
Estruturar custo-fórmula, especificações técnicas e parâmetros críticos de processo (ordem de adição, pH, dispersão, reologia e estabilidade coloidal).
Liderar homologação técnica de novas matérias-primas e fornecedores, avaliando performance, qualidade, conformidade regulatória e impacto no custo técnico.
Conduzir testes piloto e industriais, assegurando reprodutibilidade e robustez produtiva.
Elaborar e revisar documentação técnica estratégica (fichas técnicas, relatórios de desenvolvimento, especificações e documentos regulatórios).
Avaliar viabilidade técnica e econômica de novos projetos em conjunto com Suprimentos, Produção, Qualidade e Comercial.
Atuar como referência técnica interna para áreas correlatas.
