The General Buyer supports the Mairinque plant by executing complex procurement tasks and implementing regional and global sourcing decisions. Key duties include leading supplier negotiations to optimize costs and monitoring supplier performance to ensure continuity of supply.
Candidates need experience in direct and indirect procurement, specifically with chemicals, packaging, and industrial materials. Advanced English proficiency and experience with SAP are required or highly preferred.
The General Buyer will support Cargill Bioindustrial's business by assisting the Mairinque/SP plant with purchasing activities in various business areas. In this role, you will carry out complex procurement tasks to provide information to the global category team.

• Experience in procurement Direct (Chemicals, Packaging, Ingredients), and indirect materials procurement (Spare Parts & Equipment and Maintenance & Technical & Professional & Facility Services procurement)
• Fluent or Advanced English level
• Proven experience in purchasing chemicals and ingredients for the industry - a plus
• Experience with SAP and a strong industrial background - a plus
