Oversee nursing services and wellness programs to maximize patient outcomes within the facility. Maintain high standards of care and service for residents and their families through a collaborative approach.
Requires a valid RN license and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Must be dedicated to providing compassionate care and maintaining excellence in healthcare standards.
