CareOne at Redstone
The Clinical Liaison will be responsible for facilitating patient admissions via marketing and education activities with contracted and potentially contracted hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, respite centers, physician, and other community resources. This highly visible role will act as the point of contact for health provider discharges and facilitate the admissions process for all patients by working collaboratively, efficiently, and in a professional manner with all levels of staff and community partners.
