Role: Senior Consultant – AI Automation

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant – AI Automation to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, responsible for building production-grade AI systems, including RAG pipelines, AI agents, and enterprise-integrated automation workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design

• Design AI solutions using:
• LLM-based applications
• RAG pipelines and knowledge systems
• Context-aware workflows and orchestration
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures

AI Development & Engineering

• Build applications using:
• Prompt engineering and structured outputs
• Context engineering (retrieval, memory, tools)
• AI agents and multi-step workflows
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python

 

RAG & Knowledge Systems

• Implement:
• Chunking, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.)
• Ensure grounded, explainable AI outputs

 

AI Reliability & Testing

• Implement:
• LLM evaluation and validation frameworks
• Debugging and failure analysis for AI systems
• Optimize for consistency, accuracy, and performance

 

Observability & Deployment

• Enable monitoring for:
• Token usage, latency, and response quality
• Support deployment and production stabilization

 

Platform Contribution & Mentorship

• Contribute to reusable frameworks and accelerators
• Participate in PoCs for new AI capabilities
• Mentor junior engineers and support delivery teams

 

Required Skills & Experience

Core Engineering

• Strong experience in Python, APIs, and backend development
• Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade applications

 

AI / LLM Expertise

• Hands-on experience with:
• Prompt engineering
• Context engineering (retrieval + memory + tools)
• RAG pipelines and vector databases
• Exposure to AI agents and orchestration frameworks

 

AI Reliability

• Experience with:
• LLM evaluation and testing approaches
• Observability and monitoring
• Guardrails and safe AI practices

 

Technology Stack

• Familiarity with:
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Docker and CI/CD pipelines

 

Consulting Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and lead delivery

 

Experience

• 10–12 years in software development / consulting
• Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions
