The role involves preparing and coordinating land use and zoning board applications while managing communication with municipal officials and clients. Additionally, the assistant will maintain calendars, draft legal documents, and track municipal approvals and compliance.
Candidates need at least 3 years of legal assistant experience, preferably in land use, zoning, or commercial real estate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with New Jersey municipal application procedures are highly preferred.
