The Property Director oversees the maintenance, cleaning, and improvement operations of branch facilities and vehicles. They are also responsible for administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and supervising the property department staff.
Candidates must have a two-year degree in a technical discipline or a high school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of experience in building trades. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with basic computer proficiency.
The Greenbush YMCA is seeking a Full-Time Property Director! This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening community. Supervises all members of the facility’s property department. The Property Director directs the maintenance, cleaning and improvement operations of the branch facilities and vehicles, including preventative maintenance and related administrative duties (payroll, budgets, etc.).
