The intern will support the logistics department in managing international shipments, warehouse activities, and documentation compliance. Key duties include planning inbound/outbound shipments, optimizing freight costs, and tracking shipment volumes.
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with an interest in logistics, supply chain, and international transportation. Proficiency with IT tools and knowledge of international trade regulations are highly valued.
Logistics intern will support Logistics department in the management of international shipments, warehouse activities and relationships with customers, suppliers, and other departments in accordance with local and international trade regulations.
Main duties will focus on the planning of inbound/outbound shipments, documentation compliance and warehouse operations management.
1.Assist Logistics team in organizing the inbound/outbound shipments and processes
2.Providing general support and assistance to the logistics team
3.Optimization of freight forwarding costs and service types
4.Creating and reviewing reports of freight shipment, volumes and supplier service level
5.Tracking and tracing of shipments
6.Filing, archiving and transport documentation management
