Role Summary
Campfire is expanding its Professional Services team with a Senior Professional Services
Consultant who leads the delivery of high-impact client work, from onboarding new managed
services clients, to transforming client infrastructure, to supporting Campfire’s growth through the
technical integration of newly-onboarded clients.
This is a senior, client-facing delivery role that pairs deep hands-on engineering across Apple and
Windows environments with the planning, documentation, and communication discipline behind
Campfire’s “zero-surprise” project execution. The Consultant is a strategic advisor and a doer: they
scope and design the work, execute it cleanly, and leave every client and every environment better
documented and easier to support than they found it.
