The Office Coordinator will manage daily office operations, including guest reception, supply purchasing, and vendor relations. They will also support HR onboarding processes and coordinate internal meetings and events.
The ideal candidate should have a proactive, service-oriented mindset with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Excellent command of Polish and fluent English are required for this role.

As a Office Coordinator you will:
Maintain smooth office operations
Manage guest reception and ensure a professional environment
Handle office purchasing and supply requests across departments
Manage daily correspondence and courier services
Oversee office access control and credential management
Track and verify office equipment status
Build and manage vendor relations
Support HR onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and off-site events (including catering, bookings, and travel)
Support vendor invoice processing and accurate cost allocation
You are the right candidate if you have:

Commitment to tasks, punctuality, and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Excellent command of Polish
