The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets while managing distribution channels and supply chain efficiency. They must develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and drive the implementation of marketing initiatives through their team.
The candidate must be able to lead a team of ABMs and FOs to increase productivity and ensure brand growth. Proficiency in managing stockists, distributors, and executing strategic marketing programs is required.
o Identify and develop a set of brand-specific core customers to strengthen business contribution.
o Support implementation of strategic alliance programs for maximizing ROI from KOLs including KBL’s.
o Build and sustain strong relationships with KOLs through periodical visits and follow-ups.
o Effectively manage stockists, distributors, and C&F agents to ensure smooth supply and product availability.
o Strengthen relationships with distribution partners to minimize gaps in the supply chain.
