Ihre Mission
Als Head of Network Development übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Führungsrolle innerhalb der deutschen Netzwerkorganisation von BYD. Gemeinsam mit dem Director Network Development gestalten Sie die strategische Weiterentwicklung und operative Steuerung des Händlernetzes in Deutschland.
Sie verantworten die Umsetzung wesentlicher Netzwerkprojekte, führen das deutsche Network-Team und treiben sowohl die Entwicklung bestehender Handelspartner als auch die Expansion des Händlernetzes aktiv voran.
In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Händlergruppen, Investoren sowie dem europäischen Management zusammen und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum weiteren Wachstum von BYD in Deutschland.
Ihre Aufgaben
Netzwerkentwicklung & Expansion
- Umsetzung der nationalen Netzwerkstrategie in Abstimmung mit dem Director Network Development
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Entwicklung neuer Händlerpartner und Investoren
- Analyse von Marktpotenzialen, Vertriebsgebieten und Standortstrukturen
- Steuerung von Netzwerkprojekten, Standortentwicklungen und Go-Live-Prozessen
- Begleitung neuer Händlerstandorte bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Händlerstrukturen
Händlersteuerung & Performance Management
- Operative Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Handelspartner
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Business Reviews und Managementgespräche
- Analyse relevanter Händler-KPIs sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung der Partner bei Profitabilität, Wachstum und Prozessoptimierung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Markenstandards und Unternehmensrichtlinien
Vertrags- & Projektmanagement
- Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Investitions- und Entwicklungsprojekten
- Erstellung von Business Cases, Reports und Management-Präsentationen
- Koordination bereichsübergreifender Projekte mit Sales, Aftersales, Marketing und Dealer Operations
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Führung & Zusammenarbeit
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des deutschen Network-Teams
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen innerhalb der Abteilung
- Förderung einer leistungsorientierten und professionellen Teamkultur
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem europäischen Headquarter und relevanten Schnittstellenbereichen
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Network Development, Dealer Development, Retail Development oder vergleichbaren Funktionen innerhalb der Automobilindustrie
- Erfahrung auf Hersteller-, Importeurs- oder Handelsgruppenseite
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Automobilhandels und relevanter Marktstrukturen
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Netzwerk- oder Retailprojekte
- Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
