Act as the primary point of contact for guests to provide legendary customer service via in-person, phone, and email interactions. Handle cash transactions, package baked goods, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
Candidates should have previous experience in customer service and cash handling, with the ability to work Saturdays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for up to 8-hour shifts.
