Our Disputes and Regulatory team are seeking a Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE) to join our Aberdeen office. You will work on high-quality matters, learn from leading practitioners, and build the foundations of an outstanding career.

You will work closely with leading solicitors and gain exposure to a wide range of complex and high-value matters. The work is varied, spanning key areas such as general commercial litigation, real estate disputes, insolvency-related matters, and energy sector disputes. This is an opportunity to develop your expertise across multiple disciplines while working as part of a strong and supportive team. As well as working with leading clients, you’ll be part of an inclusive environment that encourages you to be yourself and supports you to perform at your best. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation as a disputes solicitor. We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE in general commercial litigation, who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will bring strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach. If you are a qualifying trainee looking for an NQ position, we ask that you have completed a seat in commercial litigation.
