The CSR serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling financial transactions at teller windows and drive-throughs. They are responsible for balancing cash items and identifying opportunities to fulfill customers' financial needs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer proficiency. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds is required.
