The Document Controller manages and maintains all company publications and updates in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. They are responsible for implementing document change requests, maintaining library systems, and ensuring accurate distribution of documentation.
Previous experience in document control and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat are preferred. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of international travel.
The Document Controller’s overall purpose is to manage and maintain all Company publications and related updates in compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. This purpose includes the reviewing and implementing all Company document change requests within the established document workflows, maintaining a complete and current library for use by Company personnel, both on eMan and on the applicable EFB platform, and ensuring complete and timely distribution of all publications, electronic or hard copy.
