Har du teknisk erfaring fra sivil/militær luftfart (P-145/CAMO) og ønsker å jobbe med flytrygging, kontinuerlig forbedring og sikkerhetsundersøkelser – så vil vi gjerne høre fra deg!
Gjennomføre sikkerhetsundersøkelser og utarbeide rapporter med konkrete anbefalinger for å forhindre gjentakelse.
Planlegge og gjennomføre interne og eksterne revisjoner i henhold til årlig revisjonsprogram.
Bidra til kontinuerlig forbedring og utvikling av selskapets retningslinjer og styringssystem.
Arbeide med risikovurderinger, risikostyring og endringsledelse (MOC) i samsvar med Bristow Norway Safety Management System.
Fungere i rollen som instruktør i selskapets styringssystem (SMS) for alle ansatte.
Planlegge og gjennomføre fly-sikkerhetsrelaterte møter (Safety Action Group).
Være oppdatert på nye endringer i relevante regelverk.
Oppfølging og saksbehandling i selskapets rapporteringssystem.
Ha et sikkerhetsfaglig helhetsoverblikk, se trender og utarbeide statistikker og statusrapporter.
Være en synlig og dedikert bidragsyter i utviklingen og formidlingen av selskapets sikkerhetskultur.
Fortrinnsvis teknisk bakgrunn fra sivil/militær luftfart ( P-145/CAMO).
Relevant høyere utdanning eller tilsvarende realkompetanse.
God skriftlig og muntlig fremstillingsevne på både norsk og engelsk.
Ønskelig med kunnskap og forståelse for risikostyring, årsaksanalyser, granskninger, menneskelige faktorer, kvalitetssikring og internkontroll.
Ønskelig med kjennskap til ISO standarder.
Tidligere erfaring med sikkerhetsrelatert arbeid er en fordel.
Personlig egnethet vektlegges.
Annen relevant luftfartsbakgrunn kan vurderes.
