The Hospice Care Consultant is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners to drive service delivery. They will also assist in strategic planning to identify market opportunities and monitor community perceptions of the organization.
Candidates must have extensive experience in healthcare sales, specifically within home care or hospice settings. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with reliable transportation for travel within the service area.
