What you’ll be doing
Attend to customer enquiries, process orders, manage customer administration, collaborate cross-functionally, and support general office and site operations. This role also contributes to sales and margin growth by promoting new products and identifying opportunities. As we partner with leading restaurants and retailers in the gourmet food sector, a passion for food and industry insight are essential.
Deliver prompt, professional customer service as the first point of contact, handling calls and daily administrative tasks with accuracy.
Process customer orders and enquiries efficiently while providing informed, proactive support.
Promote the full CCC product range and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximise sales.
Build strong, trustworthy relationships with customers and team members, consistently exceeding expectations.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through training, adhere to CCC policies, and continually strive to “under promise and over deliver.”
What you’ll bring
Hospitality or retail professional experience is an advantage
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).Organisational & time management capabilities with a focus on multitasking and reprioritising
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, proactive and shows initiative and works well under pressure
