Develop a shared technology platform encompassing full stack development and the creation of AI agents for workflow automation. Partner closely with end users to reimagine and automate complex professional workflows.
Candidates should have 0-2 years of engineering experience and proficiency with modern front-end frameworks like React, TypeScript, and Next.js. A strong desire to take ownership in a scrappy, ambiguous environment and empathy for operational teams is required.

Our team consists of a product division (developing our proprietary AI platform) and a services division (managing and delivering services to our clients). We're looking for a talented product engineer to join us in building our shared technology platform. This is a broad role encompassing full stack development, as well as developing AI agents for workflow automation.

You have experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js, etc.), through coursework, internships, or professional experience
You have 0-2 years of engineering experience
Compensation & Benefits
For this role, the salary range is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and seniority.
