The Lead Therapist is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family counseling for clients with substance use disorders. They must manage caseloads, document clinical progress, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and referral sources.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a related mental health field and possess professional licensure (or be eligible for licensure within 90 days). Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral health management is required.
