The therapist is responsible for planning and delivering evidence-based treatment to patients with behavioral health disorders through individual, group, and family sessions. Key duties include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing patient-specific treatment plans, and ensuring patient safety through de-escalation.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and be clinically licensed or license-eligible in the state of Florida. Experience in addiction and mental health is required, along with strong communication and collaborative skills.

We are seeking a PRN Therapist to add to our dynamic team! Therapists have a primary role in the planning and delivery of evidence-based treatment to a cohort of patients with behavioral health disorders. You will conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, groups, and families. You will use your understanding of different therapy modalities; motivational interviewing (MI); and the tenets of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help patients progress towards their goals and live out their best future.
