The Administrative Assistant provides essential operational support, including managing phone coverage, greeting visitors, and maintaining office filing systems. Key duties also include performing weekly chart audits, facilitating onsite admissions, and assisting with CARF licensure auditing.

Using a holistic approach, our team supports clients on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness. We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to add to our dynamic team!
The Administrative Assistant works closely with all departments and is a key role in helping them work together successfully. Our ideal candidate would bring organization and attention to detail to support many aspects of our program and help ensure professionalism and efficiency in supporting our clients and staff.
