Supervise and engage youth in a therapeutic residential setting to support behavioral and emotional growth. Maintain a safe environment while assisting with daily routines, medication administration, and transportation to community activities.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required.

Overview:
Boys & Girls Haven is seeking dependable, compassionate staff to work directly with youth in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining structure, and supporting youth through daily routines and behavioral growth.
Supervise and engage youth in daily activities and routines
Support behavioral and emotional regulation using therapeutic approaches
Maintain a safe, structured environment
Assist with meals, hygiene, school routines, and activities
Transport youth to appointments and community activities
Administer medications (as trained)
Document daily interactions and incidents
$18.00 – $20.82/hour
Retention bonuses up to $1,000

Valid driver’s license
