The Clinical Specialist provides technical and clinical support to surgeons during Intracept procedures and trains surgical teams on safe device usage. They are also responsible for managing surgical equipment, inventory, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Candidates must have experience with imaging procedures (Fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, or X-ray) and a combination of education and clinical experience ranging from 6 months to 4 years. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

About the role:
The Intracept Clinical Specialist independently covers Intracept cases, training the surgical team on the safe and effective uses of the device. This person covers Intracept cases in the territory, region or at times the nation, as assigned. The Clinical Specialist works with the surgical team members to provide clinical product assistance to the surgeon. The Clinical Specialist will also provide clinical support for physician training and sales training programs. Join our vision to transform the treatment of chronic low back pain.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $90,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
