Manage customer design requirements and technical proposals for wheel speed sensors. Responsible for mechanical structure design, technical communication with customers, and supporting production and quality departments in failure analysis.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 3 years of product mechanical design experience. Proficiency in CAD software like UG or CATIA and familiarity with FMEA and DRBFM are essential.
1. Wheel speed sensor customer design requirement management, technical proposal and fixation.
2. Mechanical / structure design including 2D，3D,BOM,DRBFM and based on platform guideline & customer requirement.
3. Maintain good technical communication w. customer,e.g. technical review with customer
4. Work with plant and tooling team during project development.
5. Support production and quality department on failure analysis and or problem solving.
6. Support for supplier development, input components' drawing with TLG meeting
