The trainee will rotate through 4-6 departments, including international stations, to gain experience in operational sales and strategic business development. They will actively contribute to market analysis, sales package preparation, and the promotion of innovative customer solutions.
Candidates must hold a master's degree or equivalent in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field with excellent academic performance. Strong technical understanding, customer orientation, and fluency in both German and English are required.

Unser Traineeprogramm „Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) – Business Development“ ist dein Karrierestart in einem international erfolgreichen Unternehmen. In 18 bis 24 Monaten durchläufst du unterschiedliche Stationen im In- und Ausland, die individuell auf dich abgestimmt sind. Nach Abschluss des Programms übernimmst du eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe im Bereich Business Development oder dem technischen Vertrieb.
Du bringst eine große Begeisterung für die Schnittstelle von Wirtschaft und Technik mit und möchtest mit uns gemeinsam unser Geschäftsfeld für Widerstandsschweißen und Schraubtechnik aktiv vorantreiben.
