Role summary
Bluerock TMS builds the autonomous orchestration platform that keeps global logistics moving — orchestrating complex, multi-modal transport networks for customers across fashion, food & beverage, manufacturing, healthcare, and more. Real complexity, at real scale, every single day.
We're looking for a Product Manager who has actually lived inside logistics or TMS operations. Someone who can understand operations complexity and who is willing to take on this challenge and contribute hands on to build the next level of TMS. You'll own the products that turn that complexity into clarity, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, sales, and implementation to make sure what we build actually gets adopted.
Responsibilities
You dig past what customers ask for to find the problem underneath, and turn that into a direction for your area the company can rally behind.
Scanning the logistics landscape, competitor moves, and customer signals to find where Bluerock should build next, not just what's already on the backlog.
Planning, transport execution, freight, last-mile — decisions that hold up against how operations actually run, not just how they're described to you.
From first idea to adoption. You don't hand off and disappear.
When priorities compete or a customer escalation needs an answer fast, you're the one pulling the threads together.
The team you’ll join
You'll join an international product team with complementary skills and a shared passion for a good challenge, real, hands-on experience in logistics paired with genuine enthusiasm for technology. We don't settle for quick patches: we strive for quality, look for the sustainable solution over the easy one, and keep an eye on what next-level TMS should look like, not just what's in front of us today.
Life at Bluerock
We're a distributed team across the Netherlands, Italy, the US, and Canada that operates like one crew: local insight, global perspective. We're curious by default, self-driven without needing to be told twice, and genuinely joyful about solving hard logistics problems together. We're team-minded because the best answers rarely come from one person alone, and unapologetically reliable because our customers' supply chains don't get a “we'll fix it next sprint.” As one of us put it: at the end of the day, it's the people that make Bluerock.
5+ years in product or project management within logistics, supply chain, or TMS — hands-on TMS experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field required.
A track record of delivering complex, high-stakes software implementations, on time and within budget.
Genuine ease operating cross-functionally. You connect engineering, sales, implementation, and customers without waiting for permission.
An appetite for ambiguity and change: a messy, fragmented workflow reads to you as an interesting problem.
Nice to have: API integration experience (WMS, ERP, visibility providers, customs), fluency with Agile tooling (Jira, Asana, Rocketlane), and PMP/PRINCE2 certification.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
