The General Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple store operations, driving commercial performance, and managing P&L targets. They will also lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to ensure exceptional customer service and brand consistency.
This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in multi-site management and a strong focus on operational excellence. Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week, including peak trading days from Friday to Sunday.

This full-time leadership role requires 40 hours per week across five days. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your schedule while ensuring strong store performance. Peak trading days are typically Friday to Sunday, and being available during these times will be key to supporting your teams when it matters most.
