Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical and electrical systems to ensure uptime and asset integrity. Monitor equipment conditions, respond to service requests, and ensure compliance with safety and fire protection regulations.
Requires a Journeyman level Electrician license with CCQ membership and over 4 years of facility operations experience. Must possess a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and be able to meet enhanced security clearance requirements.
The Building Maintenance Technician IV - CCQ Electrician is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems for the assigned facility. The Technician IV is also responsible for performing work in accordance with established processes and practices and for complying with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.
