Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial chiller systems, pumps, and HVAC equipment to ensure operational reliability. Monitor plant performance via BMS and manage subcontractors while adhering to health, safety, and F-Gas regulations.
Requires a recognized Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualification, current F-Gas Category 1 Certification, and a full UK Driving Licence. Candidates must have proven experience maintaining commercial chiller systems and strong technical fault-finding skills.
To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of all chilled water and HVAC cooling systems across the site. The Chiller Engineer will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repair works on a range of commercial cooling equipment, including chillers, pumps, associated plant, and control systems.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration principles, BMS controls, pumps, cooling towers, and associated mechanical and electrical plant, with the ability to diagnose faults and interpret system performance data to maintain optimum operational efficiency.
