  • Guide staff in behavior management, communication, and professionalism
  • Provide ongoing training to strengthen staff skills and program quality

Program Execution & Curriculum

  • Oversee high-quality curriculum implementation that supports youth development
  • Ensure staff are planning engaging daily and weekly lessons
  • Track participation, curriculum effectiveness, and supply needs

Family, School & Community Engagement

  • Build positive relationships with parents, guardians, and school partners
  • Support staff in effective communication, including challenging conversations
  • Meet monthly with school leadership to review goals, progress, and improvements

Operations & Administration

  • Manage staff time tracking and meet payroll deadlines
  • Maintain accurate membership and staff records (MyClubHub and site binders)
  • Collaborate with your Supervisor to ensure proper staffing coverage
  • Oversee site budgets, supplies, and documentation
  • Implement performance improvement plans and conduct staff evaluations
  • Maintain thorough incident and program documentation
