Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources is required for this position.

Establish and implement policies and practices, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, taking into account at all times the mission, vision, code of ethics and values of the organization.

Requirements
Education y/o Experience: BA or preferable a Mater Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field from and accredited University and 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
