Manage the procurement and coordination of subcontracted services for national and international construction projects. Lead tender processes, negotiate contracts, and monitor costs to identify savings opportunities.
Requires several years of experience in construction procurement and subcontractor management within a project environment. Must be fluent in German and English (C1 level) and possess strong negotiation skills.
