The role involves the conceptualization, production, and execution of public events, conferences, and workshops for the Berlin Global Village. Additionally, the referent manages funding projects, budget controlling, and networking initiatives for development-oriented and migrant-diasporic NGOs.
Candidates must have proven experience in program work, public fund administration, and a deep understanding of development policy and decolonial discourses. Proficiency in German and English, along with diversity-oriented competence and strong organizational skills, is required.

In den öffentlichen Veranstaltungsräumen machen sie und weitere Akteur*innen ein vielfältiges politisches und kulturelles Angebot an die Stadtgesellschaft. Mit Berlin Global Village ist ein Ort der Vielfalt, der Begegnungen, des offenen Dialogs und des Engagements entstanden. Im Sinne global gerechter und nachhaltiger Entwicklung – in und für Berlin. Inklusiv, divers und diskriminierungssensibel. Die Berlin Global Village gGmbH ist die gemeinnützige Betreibergesellschaft für das Eine-Welt-Zentrum.
Wir suchen einen Referentin für die Programmarbeit von Berlin Global Village (30 h/Woche). Arbeitsbeginn ist der 01.10.2026. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet bis zum 31.12.2027 – mit Option auf Verlängerung. Wir streben eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit an.
Die Programmarbeit von Berlin Global Village umfasst sowohl öffentliche Veranstaltungen in verschiedenen Formaten in den Veranstaltungsräumen des Zentrums als auch interne Vernetzungsangebote an die NGOs im Zentrum. Derdie Referentin arbeitet direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und hat Schnittstellen zur Referentin für Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und zur Referentin für Digitalisierung.
