Lead a team of four technicians to maintain a 70-vehicle motorcoach fleet and manage daily shop workflow. Coordinate parts ordering, vendor negotiations, and fleet records to minimize vehicle downtime.
Requires experience managing teams in an auto, diesel, or fleet mechanical environment. Candidates must be organized, proficient with shop management software, and possess strong follow-through skills.

Bellair Charters / Airporter Shuttle — one of Washington State's largest motorcoach operators — is hiring a Shop Manager to keep our 70-vehicle fleet running at peak performance. Based in Ferndale, WA (just 10 minutes from Bellingham), this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in a well-run shop.
You'll lead a team of four technicians, own the maintenance schedule, and be the operational backbone that keeps our drivers on the road and our customers happy.
No bus or motorcoach experience required — we'll train you on our fleet.
Location Note Our shop is in Ferndale, WA — approximately 10 miles south of Bellingham. Reliable transportation required.
