Responsible for ensuring orders are delivered on time by coordinating with transport companies and controlling route costs and movements. Duties include executing shipping programs, tracking local and foreign deliveries, and maintaining updated records in SAP and UNIGIS.
Requires a high school diploma or technical degree and mandatory proficiency in SAP Warehouse Module and Excel pivot tables. Candidates must have experience in distribution center operations, route planning, and knowledge of ISO13485 and NOM-SSA1-241-2012 standards.

Shared Service Center (SSC) - BD cuenta con Centros de Servicios Compartidos alrededor del mundo, los SSC utilizan plataformas y herramientas para procesar la información de manera estandarizada con una mejora continua y compartiendo las mejores prácticas. De esta manera permite organizar las actividades, con el objetivo de proporcionar condiciones a cada entidad local para focalizar sus recursos en las operaciones que la empresa necesita en esta nueva etapa de crecimiento.
Auxiliar de Embarques
Es responsable de garantizar que los pedidos sean entregados en tiempo y forma a los diversos clientes coordinando a las compañías transportistas, y controlando tiempos, movimientos y gasto en las rutas previamente diseñadas.
Ejecuta el programa de embarques. Documentando las entregas de cadena seca y cadena fría que realiza el transporte asignado.
Realiza el seguimiento a las entregas locales y foráneas enviadas con los transportes. Dando seguimiento telefónico, así como en el sistema de tracking instalado.
Realiza los procesos en sistema SAP correspondientes a los embarques realizados. Manteniendo la información de SAP actualizada.
Realiza la carga de las rutas generadas en sistema de tracking (UNIGIS). Dando seguimiento a los reportes de ubicación por parte del transporte.
Garantiza el cumplimiento del plan de embarques asignado, facturacion total y cierre de movimientos en SAP de la manera correcta.
Preparatoria o Carrera Técnica (Certificado de terminación de bachillerato indispensable)
Manejo de SAP Módulo de Almacenes (Indispensable)
Manejo de Excel (Tablas dinámicas)
Experiencia en: Movimiento en Centros de distribución, facturación y Despachos, documentacion de embarque, planeacion de rutas, conocimiento general del estándar ISO13485 y NOM-SSA1-241-2012.
