  • Support targeted campaigns such as Business Premium and E5 upsell

  • Work with Marketing and Sales to prioritise accounts and drive engagement

  • Contribute to value-led messaging and customer propositions

Microsoft Alignment & Co-Sell

  • Track and report opportunities, ensuring strong alignment with Microsoft programmes and priorities

Internal Enablement

  • Act as the internal licensing SME for Sales and Account Management teams

  • Deliver enablement sessions and support playbook development

  • Continuously build and maintain Microsoft certifications and knowledge

BCN is a leading UK Microsoft partner, helping organisations power their progress through secure, data‑led, AI‑enabled technology. We work with forward‑thinking SMB (mid-sized) organisations to design, build, and run modern technology that delivers real outcomes — across AI, cloud, cyber security, modern workplace, and managed services. From day‑to‑day IT support to long‑term digital and AI transformation, we connect the full Microsoft ecosystem around our clients’ people, goals, and ambition. As a complete technology partner, we don’t just advise, we implement, manage, and continuously evolve the solutions we recommend. That means joined‑up thinking, no silos, and technology that actually works in the real world. But technology alone doesn’t drive progress — people do. That’s why we take time to understand each organisation inside‑out, combining deep technical expertise with a people‑first approach to help our clients work smarter, innovate faster, and operate without limits. This approach is underpinned by BCN’s Microsoft Cloud Partner status. We hold Solution Partner designations across the Microsoft Cloud, with a growing number of Microsoft specialisations spanning AI, data, infrastructure, security and modern work. BCN was also recognised as one of the early partners to achieve the Microsoft Support Services designation, placing us among a small, highly trusted group of fewer than 40 partners globally. For our clients, this means proven capability, direct Microsoft alignment, access to Microsoft funding programmes and incentives, and the confidence to move forward securely, strategically and at pace, with BCN acting as a trusted partner every step of the way.
