The Nurse Manager ensures the health care needs of assisted living and memory care residents are met while maintaining compliance with licensing regulations. They are responsible for supervising staff, providing training on procedures, and working cooperatively with the Health Services Administrator.
Candidates must be a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse with a current, unrestricted license in the State of Washington. A minimum of five years of experience in a related field and five years of management experience are required.

This position will ensure that the health care needs of all assisted living and memory care residents are met. The Assisted Living Nurse Manager will ensure that staff is trained in assisted living procedures and policies which are current and up to date. The Assisted Living Nurse Manager will also ensure that Bayview is in compliance with current Assisted Living License regulations. Working cooperatively with the Healthcare Administrator, supervise the delivery of services provided to the residents and supervises staff.
