Responsible for the implementation and technical support of enterprise server infrastructure, including virtualization platforms and storage systems. Provides Level 3 support, manages daily server operations, and ensures the high availability of ERP platforms.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and at least 5 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator. Must possess strong skills in scripting tools like PowerShell and experience with data center and cloud technologies.
IT System Administrators are responsible for the implementation and technical support of Enterprise’s server infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to the support of Windows Server OS, Hyper -V, VMWare ESX, Office 365, Azure and storage systems. IT Systems Administrators will use tools such as vCenter, SolarWinds, Active Directory administration tools, and PowerShell to manage the environment. The Systems Administrator Level III.
Critical thinking and decision-making skills are required.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or equivalent role
Supervisory/Responsibility:
· Reports to the IT Systems Administrator APAC Lead
This is an office position.
This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs.
Domestic and/or global travel may be required for this position.
