The Quality Engineer investigates and leads corrective actions for manufacturing and process issues involving internal and external suppliers. This role collaborates across departments to resolve quality issues, prevent recurrence, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering within an OEM or machining environment. Proficiency in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and familiarity with ISO 9001 and Lean methodologies are essential.
The Quality Engineer will investigate, analyze, and lead corrective action for a wide variety of manufacturing and process issues related to our internal and external suppliers of parts and components. This position will collaborate with other departments, to resolve issues, prevent recurrence, and continuously improve quality culture and sustained product quality.
This position does not directly supervise other associates.
